Je speelt in een team met jongens en meisjes maximaal 10 wedstrijden tegen teams van 5 andere verenigingen. Je speelt dan tegen elk team 1 keer thuis en 1 keer uit bij de tegenstander in hun sporthal. De wedstrijden worden gespeeld in de periode van begin februari t/m eind mei en allemaal in het weekeinde. De thuiswedstrijden spelen we op zaterdag van 9.00 tot 12.00 uur. De uitwedstrijden kunnen zowel op zaterdagen als zondagen plaatsvinden. Voor de echte beginners is er de opstapcompetitie. Deze wordt meestal gespeeld in de regio en de thuiswedstrijden. Je kunt dus al competitie spelen als je pas net bent begonnen met badminton spelen!
Sinds een aantal jaar spelen wij als Bacluvo samen met badmintonclub Dynamo Sassem uit Sassenheim. Hiermee kunnen wij elk jaar weer leuke teams maken met soortgelijke sterktes en leeftijden. De samenwerking bevalt goed en hopen wij nog jaren voort te zetten.
Realiseer je goed dat wanneer je je opgeeft voor de competitie, wij er van uitgaan dat je in principe alle wedstrijden mee doet. Mocht je onverhoopt toch een wedstrijd niet van de partij kunnen zijn, dan moet je dit ruim van tevoren aan je team begeleider melden zodat er tijdig voor een eventuele invaller gezorgd kan worden.
